Allow Calls From Private / No Caller ID Numbers

Currently, when someone calls from a private or no caller ID number, the system disconnects the call immediately. It doesn’t ring through, and it doesn’t even log as a missed call.
This creates a hidden problem: you could be losing important calls without ever knowing they happened. Support confirmed this is by design, but it leaves businesses vulnerable to missed opportunities.
✅ Request:
Add an option to allow private/no caller ID calls to come through.
🚀 Why it matters:
Stops silent call loss.
Prevents missed revenue and unhappy customers.
Brings HighLevel in line with other phone systems.

Wait, so calls just vanish without any trace? That's actually terrifying from a business perspective. We've had clients complain about missing calls and now I'm wondering if this was why.

Agreed, this is something we need to be able to control per sub account.
