Ability to assign certain phone numbers to certain users. There can be company or group lines for other inbound or outbound marketing but when we start to do lead follow up we like to assign a rep to be there point of contact. So we would like for their direct communications to come from their own personal number. Also if a call comes in on that number that it only rings to that users account. They can have their own voicemail....etc.

Many of our sub account users call into multiple states. A great feature would be to assign phone numbers to contacts so that when our users are calling/texting them it is using the assigned number for the contact. For example, if my user has an Ohio number assigned to her profile and she manually dials a lead in Pennsylvania (changing the number in the dialer to her PA number), the SMS messaging from workflows is going to use her assigned twilio number (in this case OH number). It creates confusion on the contact's end.
