Add Softphone Keypad on Inbound calls

Add a softphone keypad to inbound phone calls. Sometimes I need to press 1 from our call tracking software to accept/connect a phone call.

Yeah this is annoying. Our call tracking needs us to press 1 to connect too and having to scramble for the actual phone keypad defeats the purpose of using the softphone.
