It would be nice to have GIF's as an option when sending SMS to contacts. Both on Desktop and Mobile app. Very similar to #images when texting from an iphone.

Our clients expect this constantly since they're used to texting GIFs from their phones. The size limits make it tricky though, most GIFs they want to send are way over what carriers accept.

The size restrictions are painful though. Most GIFs clients want to use are way too big and get rejected or compressed to death.

Apparently you can send via text as long as it is very small, only a few kb. We managed with 31kb.
