Ability to turn OFF call recording from the dialer pad on a per call basis

Some customers do not give consent to be recorded during a phone call. Users should be able to turn off the call recording feature right there in the dialer when that happens.
The recording would be turned off for that one call, and the recorded bit of the customer saying they do not want to be recorded would be on the contact record.
For the next call with that same customer, the user has the option to turn off the call recording feature before the customer picks up.

Smart solution for consent management. We've had clients ask us not to record mid-call and currently have to stop/start the whole recording manually. Having a toggle right in the dialer would save awkward moments.
