Ability to transfer in-coming phone calls to other users / phone numbers.

Currently you can only transfer outbound initiated calls to other users. The ability to transfer inbound calls would allow businesses to completely replace their traditional phone system.

100% inbound call transfers is required.

100% agree... need inbound call transfer. Don't really understand the value of outbound option for transfer unless you have an assistant calling but still. There is more use case on inbound for sure... seems backwards.
