In my particular niche of real estate, we Skiptrace a lot of our leads. This intern can return up to 6 to 8 phone numbers. We then upload that list into the CRM. It would be extremely helpful if we could map in multiple phone numbers from a CSV import.
For example, it would be nice to map the primary mobile, landline, secondary mobile, and tertiary mobile. This way, when a lead calls in, no matter what number they're calling from, it recognizes the contact so we do not have to do a bunch of merge contact operations. This will also help keep the conversation in one thread instead of having multiple phone numbers for the same lead and then losing conversations in the merge.
