Ability to have incoming calls show caller id as their contact info

When a call comes in to my mobile device it would help if I had the option to have the caller id show as the contact name and number save in my ghl account contacts as well as tell me what twilio number they are calling.
Since I have multiple numbers for different reasons, it would help to know who is calling vs just a number but if they are a saved contact in my system it shows that name and number and also which number of mine they are calling so I can answer accordingly.
Plus there are some contacts I don't care to answer :) would be nice to quickly know!

The IVR is great, but when you use the Connect Call action in the IVR, the caller ID always for the GHL tracking number instead of the caller's number.
We need the caller's number so the user can call them back if a call is missed.
Users are wondering why they see themselves in their caller ID.

This is a good one. I think it is better to open the contact info modal when we are getting a call. So if its a new one we can fill out the details while we are on the call

Definitely. A saved contacts name should show up when they are placing an incoming call. That way users know if it's a new call or an existing customer.

This is no longer the case, but having the caller ID option to show the business number and a whisper is needed.

Bill Welch apparently this is working now the last time I checked and it shows the caller's number. I'd have to reconfirm to make sure nothing is different since I posted this.

Bill Welch I just did a test (you can just setup an IVR workflow to test this) and when I did I see the caller's number not the business line they called. I don't think there's any secret except that I do know that a customer of ours who WANTED to see the business line I enabled the "Pass called number as Caller ID" setting in that phone number setting and GHL respected it. So just confirm that is NOT toggled on for the phone number you are using.
