Currently if a customer has a work phone, home phone and cell phone, only ONE phone number can be called from ONE contact record. If we create a phone field and dial the person's cell#, it will create a new contact instead of dropping the call recording into the same record. LC Phone needs to be able to call the same person who has more than one phone number in the same record and currently can not. On the flip side, when a client calls us from their home number later in the day, it will create a new record (even with their cell# stored in another field), go through the missed call text back and treat the client as if they are brand new, causing confusion. Please allow LC to utilize all phone fields in a contact record, not just the primary.
