Email Warm Up System to Avoid Spam (Like Instantly Has)

From Instantly:
"The warmup functionality mimics human conversations between email accounts.
But in this case, your ‘friends’ are other Instantly.ai users that have also enabled the warmup feature.
You can be sure that all of them will open your email and a high percentage will write you back with a ‘thoughtful’ and positive sentiment.
The emails written by the Instantly AI algorithm signal to Google, Outlook, and others ESPs that your email account and sending domain is relevant and legitimate.
This increases the likelihood that the messages that are sent to the cold leads in your outreach campaigns will also actually land in their inbox and subsequently be opened and replied to.
The bottom line is that the warmup will improve the deliverability of your cold email accounts by mimicking human conversations in the Instantly.ai user pool.
When you connect a sending account to Instantly, warming up the accounts also warms up your SMTP sending server and IMAP servers as well.
On top of the deliverability benefits, your outreach email accounts will also stay alive for longer and the likelihood of you ‘burning’ through an account is significantly lower.
Think of it as you emailing back and forth with your friends - on autopilot."

The LC email are a great feature but pretty useless as they never land in inbox, especially when you wanting to do email newsletters it’s needed

Abhishek Shekhar APM, this version has been on the board longer: https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/templates/p/feature-that-allows-you-to-send-a-certain-amount-of-emails-for-warm-up
The one referencing Instantly should be merged in there. Shivam HighLevel

Can you please add a 'warm up email' service. Or have an integration to a service like Warmup Inbox.
Thanks

I’d love to see GoHighLevel offer a fully automated email domain warm-up feature — not just a progress tracker, but an actual system that sends and replies to emails automatically behind the scenes to simulate natural inbox activity.
This would allow users to toggle on domain warm-up (even as a paid add-on), and have GHL handle:
Sending realistic warm-up emails from new domains
Receiving and replying to them via trusted inboxes
Simulating natural inbox behavior (opens, replies, gradual send volume)
Monitoring and protecting deliverability
The current tracker is helpful, but still requires manual sending. It’d be far more powerful to integrate a service like Warmup Inbox, Mailwarm, or Warmbox directly into GHL — or even better, have a native version of this functionality.
I’d be willing to pay extra monthly for a hands-off warm-up engine that ensures my clients’ sending domains are healthy and protected before campaigns begin.
This would be a game-changer for agencies doing done-for-you email or CRM setups.

Kade Platta, since we are charged for inbound and outbound emails, they wouldn't even need to charge us for the add-on. They just need to continue charging us at the base rate for all of our behind-the-scenes emails!

I've never used it but if it will help my emails get where they need to go I'm all for it.
