This issue needs immediate attention. Our support team’s confidential and sensitive emails are once again appearing in GHL conversations — even though these emails were not sent through GHL.
This means that private and internal information is being exposed to other employees who should not have access to it. This is a serious breach of confidentiality and data security.
We urgently request that this problem be investigated and fixed as soon as possible. Sensitive communications must never be automatically pulled into GHL or made visible to unauthorized users.
This indicates that GHL is somehow automatically pulling or syncing emails that should remain outside the platform. Even if permissions were restricted or “Only Assigned” was enabled, it would not solve the root issue — the platform should not display or import emails that were never sent via GHL.
This is not expected behavior. It’s a serious data privacy and security concern that needs to be addressed at a system level, not managed through permission workarounds.
