I want to be able to send a follow up email to those who did NOT click on a previous campaign, or at least be able to create a list based on whether or not a contact clicked or did not click on a campaign.

Hi, why is it not possible to resend to unopens a campaign that was batch sent? Would really like this feature for batch sends as well.

This is possible to achieve in workflows, please follow the below mentioned steps
- Add the email action
- Add a wait step. Select Email event in "Wait for" field, select the email step and then select Click or Opened
- Add if/else condition, select email events (in Events category) and then select Opened/Clicked.
- All opened or clicked items will go through the opened/ clicked branch and not opened will go to the None branch

Prasoon Dadhich This is very helpful. Would we use the Timeout function to tell it when to resend the email? Say after 2 days, if they haven't opened it.

Philip Johnson The timeout function works as follows - The wait step will hold the customer until the contact has clicked or the "Timeout" has occurred. For eg 30 mins is added in timeout, then the contact will wait at the step for 30 mins or the contact has opened the email whichever is earlier.

This feature is very handy, when you need to setup an condition to check, if the contact open emails or not and if yes, send them a follow up email.

Please add this. It's a basic feature for Automations. MailerLite makes this so easy by allowing to split "If-Else" based on if the Lead Opened/Clicked one or multiple emails in the workflow. We NEED this ASAP!
