Send emails to clicked vs. not clicked, opened vs not opened, etc

I want to be able to send a follow up email to those who did NOT click on a previous campaign, or at least be able to create a list based on whether or not a contact clicked or did not click on a campaign.

This feature only works for emails sent as a Campaign.
"Resending isn't supported for Batch schedule and RSS campaigns."
I think that ALSO means it isn't supported for Workflows.
Is that correct?

This feature is very handy, when you need to setup an condition to check, if the contact open emails or not and if yes, send them a follow up email.

Please add this. It's a basic feature for Automations. MailerLite makes this so easy by allowing to split "If-Else" based on if the Lead Opened/Clicked one or multiple emails in the workflow. We NEED this ASAP!
