NOTE: THIS BUG IS MARKET PREVIOUSLY AS RESOLVED! THIS IS FALSE. THIS IS ON GHL AND GHL NEEDS TO FIX THIS!
This is what it says when adding a subdomain and connecting with LC. However, currently, everyone who does this if failing MS Office users. I spent hours reading and "on behalf of" topic and could not find a solution. 99% of our clients use outlook, hence we need to fix how this looks on Outlook.
1- Fix "on behalf of" for the root domain email
2- Show header text (Contact <contact@go.domain.com> instead of contact@go.domain.com) at the top of the email - should be fixed for both subdomain emails and the root one

The issue: we cannot set up an account to be able to send email from the root domain. Because of this, we get the "on behalf of" glitch for all recipients using Outlook (high percentage!). How have you not fixed this?! You are using Mailgun and even though they strongly recommend using a sub-domain for email sending, they will allow you to add the root domain.
Simply allow the option to add the root domain. This is common among all your competitors. A marketing software that will not allow this?? Come on, be better HighLevel.

High Level Team, any update on this please? Using the root domain is not an option for most of our clients. Please review this issue asap.

yeh im pretty frustrated with this also. Leadconnector email has been the worst email service ive ever used. Ive never had so much difficulty with an email provider before, mailchimp, convertkit, all of them have no issue whatsover with this. But LC does

Definately a big issue but this is not a bug lol. It's a microsoft outlook issue in the way they send emails. Still would be awesome to get fixed
