Currently, from Sub-account -> Email Services -> Dedicated Domain and IP -> Set Headers, it overrides both Name & Email id. And if we keep "From Name" empty, then it does not sends any name.

It would be great if:

1) If we keep "From Name" empty, it overrides only "From Email" and send actual user's name while sending out emails. This way customer knows who is sending the mail, while keeping all information centralized on one email id.

2) Optionally, its best if we can use variables in "From Name" (like we're using in automations and many other places) - this way there is full customization
