Email Services Not Working After Lead Connector DNS Records added to Name Cheap

We created a subdomain on Highlevel through lead connector. However, after adding our DNS records we lost incoming email deliverability to our main domain email (hosted by Google). Any suggestions on preventing this?

You will need to set up dns records for your domain level email. Hopefully, when you set up your LC email, you will have done it on a subdomain. So leave those details as they are. At your hosting provider, where your DNS records are you will have to set up some records that point your email records to Google. I have attached a screenshot of an old account of mine on Cloudflare. I can't remember exactly where I got the instructions from, but I think it was the GHL Knowledgebase. If I find it I will post it here. I have just shown the screenshot so you can see that it can be done, but you will need to follow the exact procedure and get your own codes / records. The yellow highlighted fields are the new records I had to set up, the red underlines are for the LC / Mailgun records that stayed in Highlevel.
