Email Engagement and Sunset Policy

Like many other email marketing platforms we need to be able to have an easy automation or trigger to track how engaged our contacts are, when they last opened/clicked/replied to an email, and be able to enable a Sunset Policy to DND that contact if they don't interact within our specified date range of 14/30/60/90 days.
Without this it can harm our email deliverability because we might continue sending to someone not engaged.
