Dedicated email domain assignment for specific workflows

The way the dedicated domain assignment works right now is that, if you have 2 domains and 2 workflows, the communication load will be split in a round robin fashion between the two, and we don't yet have an option to specify a domain to be used in the workflow's settings. This would be great to have in the near future, so that we can decide in which workflow, which email domain is used.

Assign Specific Workflows to Certain Dedicated Domains

for people running different marketing strategies and brands out of the same account, it would be huge to assign specific dedicated domains to a workflow. Currently we can choose a split or dedicated domain for workflows in general, but I have workflows that I want to send an email from a specific domain and others from a different one. Love to specify that on the workflow settings.

I feel like there should be a way to select which dedicated sending domain you'd like to use based on the settings inside the workflow. The ability to add multiple dedicated domains is great, but it's not great that you cannot select which one you'd like to use.

Agree. We already have this capability with Phones within specific workflow, it would only make sense to do the same for LC Emails / Dedicated emails

This is exactly what I need today, right now. Please prioritize!

This would be incredibly beneficial. I'm unsure why this setting is not available as it appears to be relatively simple to implement and the benefit is HUGE!
Very much hoping this feature is implemented soon!

100% - I'm so glad you made this suggestion. I just ran into an issue with a client as a result of this limitation.
Many companies use a variety of domains to market to different audience segments while preserving their primary domain for core business communications like client onboarding, support, and invoicing. This approach helps protect domain reputation and deliverability for essential messages by isolating marketing traffic on separate domains.
Additionally, organizations often select domain names that align with the specific products or services being promoted. This not only strengthens brand alignment but also boosts engagement and credibility with leads by making communications feel more tailored and relevant.
For these reasons, the ability to assign a specific email domain to a workflow is essential, not only for campaign clarity and strategy, but also for the successful warm-up and reputation management of newly purchased domains used in email marketing.

Hi Lisa Padilla - I spoke to a developer last year about this, who said it would be fixed by Christmas, I gave up in the end. The default dedicated domain broke everything for me, and I do not understand how this setting benefits anyone.
