Always Send Receipts and password reset emails regardless of DND status

It's really frustrating when a client had previously unsubscribed from our newsletter and then when they try to reset their password it is not delivered.
Or if they place another order, the delivery and receipt are not sent.
This is a major issue. Emails with important information like this should be sent regardlesss of their previous unsubscribe.

Yes, this is needed. Transactional emails should always be sent, regardless of DND status.

Karthik This is very important issue. We frequently receive complaints from our customers because all the transaction emails are not delivered after unsubscribe.. I believe this is a common requirement for all the marketing people. Do you have any progress?
