I would like you to have this feature on highlevel to allow users to select a sending domain for each worflow.
Sometimes client has multiple website and funnel domain. If we create workflow and email sequence we might need a different reply email address for each domain.
You can just add a limitation of the active sending domain maybe at least 3 or 5, so users will not be abuse this feature.

Over two years since requested, and 425 upvotes on this. Can we have an update?

This is one of my biggest frustrations with GHL. Literally spent DAYS with support trying to figure out why, when I put in a "from" at the step level or at the automation settings level or even at the domains settings level, it's still defaulting to one domain with one header from one sender. Believe it or not, half the support team was bewildered as to why those settings exist, but are rendered useless.
Honestly -- how does ANYONE with a team larger than one person use these limitations successfully? If I have 2 people on my team, 2 people should be able to send emails.
Allowing a reply-to at the campaign level was a bandaid. Allowing a reply-to at the automation level would at least help. But in the end, more than one person needs to be able to send email. Plain and simple.

Multiple Sending Domains For Different Workflows

Currently you can only send emails from one sending domain per sub-account. It would be great if we could set up a way to have different sending domains for different workflows.
For example, internal email notifications in one workflow sent from Domain A and customer facing follow-ups in another workflow sent from Domain B.
Currently, this isn't possible, even if Domain B is added to the account as a sending domain. Emails will only be sent from the default domain (Domain A, in this case).

Totally agree. We want to send marketing emails from one sending subdomain and customer/member emails from another.

Does GHL have plans to implement this soon? This basic feature is crucial for business.

I've just ran into the need for this issue also. Although I can configure multiple email sending domains, only one can be used for workflows.

This would be HUGE. I want to separate my transactional emails from my marketing/nurturing emails. Otherwise I risk having my transactional emails being sent to spam (marketing/nurturing emails statistically have higher marked-as-spam rates)

is there an update on this?

Really need these workflows to send from specific email domains soon - what's the timeline Karthik Anand (HighLevel)? Don't want to be promising solutions we can't deliver. Thanks!
