Allow for custom fields in default headers

It is allowed in the Email Composer UI and works already, why not allow this way for default header?

The feature was intentionally created for users to send from an email address.

Karthik - I don't understand why this was closed. My idea is to expand the feature of default headers to benefit the sending experience of all users. Our company doesn't want to send every single email from the same address but instead have it be personalized by the user. I want all our emails to come from our user's first name @gradetransferer.com but have them auth in via their company gmail @razorsparrow.com. IT seems making this slight tweak to default headers would be perfect for this. Please reopen or justify why my idea doesn't deserve to continue here?
