SIMILAR TO MAILCHIMP, WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO CHOOSE WHAT FROM NAME WE WANT TO SEND EMAILS FROM, NOT JUST LIMITED TO DEFAULT HEADER

Set "Reply To" email to follow User Email or "From Email"

It would be great to be able to set in global settings for all automated emails to attach the SENT FROM EMAIL address as the "Reply To" email address.
If I have a sales staff that are all booking appointments and sending reminders etc. it makes sense to be able to have all Reply To emails follow the emails that they were sent from rather than a set of up to 5 "catch all" email addresses.

Ability to Set Reply-To Email Address in Workflows and Emails

It would be great if we could set the Reply-To email address in our emails and in the emails within workflows. Or, email replies should at least go to the From email address we set. Currently, replies are being directed to the LC email system and appear in the Conversations area only. I would like to receive email replies in both the Conversations area in GHL and the set From email address. Or, if GHL could add a feature to allow adding a Reply-To email address.

I 100% agree - it's very difficult to personalize a workflow with this feature.

Similar to Kartra, Clickfunnels, Keap, Infusionsoft, Hubspot and many others. The ability to have users be able to user different emails (rather than 1) and be able to have those emails direct to the email - instead of a box - is something that should be considered. Not all effectiveness in email is related to users of the CRM - think Executives, CSR's etc.

I had no idea I was getting any emails. This seems like a 101 feature. I should either get the emails in my (external) email inbox, or have some kind of notification in GHL that I received one. Needing to make an automation to let me know I've just received an email from a prospect or client seems like filling in a gap that shouldn't be there.
