We’d like to request a feature enhancement for the LC Email System to support the creation of fully branded and professional email addresses.
Currently, the system allows us to create email addresses in the format name@post.domain.com. We would love the ability to create and use email addresses in the standard professional format: name@domain.com.

Abhishek Shekhar APM, will we get the workflow trigger with filters based on what address the email was sent from and to?

Keith Besherse an incoming email trigger with filtering, would be ideal

This is a great idea! As suggested by @ifran khan make it "email hosting" and make it resellable. This would be a great feature and very marketable. Please add this!

I agree, this is a constant complaint from Customers as the sender email address looks a realmess when emails are opened in outlook!

From the comments I can see that the original poster effectively means that GHL should add "Email Hosting" as one of the features, just like businesses get email hosting with Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook.
And yes, this can be set up in a way that can be resold to clients such as $1/m per user/email account which is what Zoho Mail charges for it's Lite version. FYI, Google charges $6/m per email account but it gives a full suite of tools such as Google Calendar, YouTube etc with it.

Irfan 99 Digital, HighLevel already charges on a per email usage basis!

Keith Besherse You are not getting the point. GHL is currently not providing email hosting services. It only has email sending capabilities, which it changes per usage. Email hosting like Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook are charged per email account, not per usage.

➕ This could be a reselling product btw

I think GHL allows to use email addresses on the root domain to be used for emailing if there are no existing MX records set up on the main domain. The thing is that businesses use their main domain emails on other email hosting companies such as Google Workspace or Outlook so they have already MX records set up on the main domain. So in that case those emails on main root domain cannot be used on GHL as MX records can only be pointed on one email server.

Irfan 99 Digital So lets create a competitor for Outlook and Google Workspace. Our local SMB clients dosent need Google or Outlook. They rather wanna have everything in GHL.
