Here are my thoughts.
It would be great if GHL had the ability to allow the agency owner the option to change their billing date. I called in the beginning of May 2026 and spoke with an agent. They informed me that I can change the billing date. I wanted to be either the 3rd or 4th of the beginning of every month not the 20th (currently). I just got charged today thinking I was being double charged. I therefore, called GHL and spoke with a rep. and they indicated to me that they cannot change the billing date "it is policy". I stated that the first rep. indicated I can (confusing).
The rep that I spoke with today stated that I need to suspend the subscription (again, confusing) for 90 days and I would still have my funnels preserved within that time period. He went on to state, that when I do return on the particular date of my choosing, that is the date that the billing cycle picks up again.
I respect your company, however, not to allow the agency owner to select the billing date of their choosing makes zero sense. I think respectfully, this should be on top of the agenda when you have your meetings because I can only imagine others in my situation would like the flexibility to do so without unnecessary constraint.
