Show included Tax on payment links instead of Zero "0"

In European Countries the tax included in the price needs to be clearly visible on the checkout instead of "0". Plus that the Currency symbol must be on the right side of the price and not left.

There are currently two different behaviors depending on whether “Include tax in prices” is enabled or disabled.
When “Include tax in prices” is OFF: The system treats the product price as tax-exclusive.
Example:
• Product price: £270
• VAT added separately: £54
• Total: £324
In this case, both invoices and payment links behave consistently by adding VAT on top of the listed price.
However, when “Include tax in prices” is ON: Invoices behave correctly for VAT-inclusive pricing.
Example:
• Product price shown: €100
• Included tax breakdown: €13.04
• Final total remains: €100
So the invoice correctly shows that tax is already included within the displayed price.
But payment links behave differently:
• Product price: €100
• Taxes shown: €0
• Total: €100
So the payment link respects the inclusive total amount, but it does not display/break out the included VAT amount the same way invoices do.
This is poor/patchy system planning and makes the system difficult to use EU businesses.
