Support for Saudi Arabia ZATCA E-Invoicing Compliance
A
Asaad .
Hello GHL Team,
Saudi Arabia requires businesses to issue ZATCA-compliant e-invoices under the regulations of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
To comply with these regulations, the invoicing system must include the following:
Automatic XML generation according to ZATCA Phase 1/2 standards.
QR code embedded in each invoice.
Direct integration with ZATCA’s e-invoicing platform for real-time reporting.
Currently, GHL invoices do not support these requirements. This makes it very difficult for agencies and businesses in Saudi Arabia to use GHL invoicing as their primary solution.
We kindly request the GHL team to add native support for Saudi ZATCA e-invoicing compliance.
This will open the door for more agencies and clients in Saudi Arabia to adopt GHL confidently, knowing it meets government regulations.
Thank you.

Add Saudi E-invoicing requirements compliant & designed to adapt with (ZATCA) regulations. This is very important for clients in Saudi Arabia to use GHL invoicing, such as adding QR code for tax invoice.

I fully support this request. Adding ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing will help businesses in Saudi Arabia stay compliant and increase GHL adoption in the local market. We hope to see this feature implemented soon.

We noticed that a similar request was previously marked as “Complete”, but in practice, the invoicing system still does not provide full ZATCA compliance.
We kindly ask the GHL team to deliver native, practical support for ZATCA e-invoicing so that agencies and clients in Saudi Arabia can legally use GHL as their invoicing system.

I noticed that the feature request for Saudi Arabia’s ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing has been marked as “Complete” on your Canny board.
However, upon testing the invoicing system, it seems that the required functionalities for ZATCA compliance are still not available, such as:
XML generation according to ZATCA Phase 1/2 requirements.
QR code for each invoice.
Direct integration with ZATCA’s e-invoicing platform.
Could you please clarify why the request is marked as “Complete” while these critical features are not yet implemented?
If there is an alternative solution or planned timeline for Saudi ZATCA compliance, kindly let us know.
