I have a client with a physical business, and I've noticed many opportunities for improvement in the payments area, which could make our software even more indispensable.
Improvement Point 1 > Create cash payment options. Currently, if a user wants to pay in cash, the system registers it as if they paid the entire invoice. This confuses the system, preventing it from providing the day's cash receipts. This has to be done manually. For example, if you search for an invoice in the "All Invoices" section and register a payment, the invoice is recorded in the system as partially paid. However, this payment amount isn't added to the "Received Invoices" section.
I've tried my best to explain this situation clearly; I hope I've made myself clear.
