I understand you've diligently translated all your email templates to French, yet your customers are still receiving one specific email titled [OptimiStra] Invoice received - 1 of 3 in English after creating an invoice with installments. You're looking for a way to either translate this email or prevent it from being sent. I've also reviewed your helpful Loom video, which clearly illustrates the issue.
I want to confirm that Jaishree's previous assessment of this specific email's behavior is accurate. The notification you're receiving for individual invoice installments is indeed a system-generated email notification within HighLevel. Unfortunately, as our documentation on How to Set Up Flexible Payment Plans in Invoices mentions, "The reminder emails for each due installment are automatically sent by the system on the due date and are not editable or previewable." This means that, at this time, we do not have the functionality to directly customize or localize the content of this particular installment reminder email.
We completely understand how this can be frustrating, especially when striving for a fully localized experience for your customers. Since this specific system email cannot be edited or translated, nor can it be directly disabled within the platform settings, the primary solution would be to ensure that your other customizable invoice-related emails are as comprehensive and clearly translated as possible. This way, the impact of this un-translatable notification on your customer's experience is minimized, as they will receive the majority of their communications in their preferred language.
