Necessary Improvements in the Billing Module (Receipts vs. Invoices)

Currently, when a customer makes a payment (either for products or wallet top-ups), the platform automatically sends a receipt. However, this presents several critical limitations:
The receipt is not editable, which prevents adapting it to specific business needs.
It does not allow adding custom fields, such as tax identification numbers (e.g., Business ID / VAT) for both our company and the customer.
Receipts do not have legal or accounting validity in many countries, where an official invoice is required for tax purposes.
Additionally, there is no option to:
Customize the design of the receipt to match branding.
Configure the system to generate an invoice instead of a receipt.
Suggested improvement:
It would be highly valuable to enable:
Full editing and customization of billing documents.
The inclusion of mandatory tax fields.
The ability to automatically generate invoices instead of receipts, ensuring legal and accounting compliance.
This would significantly improve the platform’s usability for businesses that must comply with fiscal regulations.
