Ability to apply more than one coupon, OR, ability to have a coupon affect different products in different ways...
When working a verbal deal you may negotiate a different setup fee and different ongoing fee, you may have multiple products you're selecting to sell the person and you may be knocking different amounts off and keeping the price on others... There is currently no way to be flexible in negotiations. This would be a huge tool in a salespersons arsenal.

we also need the ability at the coupon level to allow stacking or not. We should have the granularity to select what coupons can be stacked together and which ones can not.

Yes! This is exactly was I was just looking to do, but see it still isn't a thing... This would save so much time & headaches!

Especially when you want the salesperson to be able to negotiate but you don't want them to be able to just custom write an invoice and put anything at any price... giving them a list of coupons they can apply gives them flexibility and the management control/limiters
