We all know what midnight texts make us think of... and it ain't, "I need to pay on my invoice." 😳

HighLevel, we need more control over Payment SCHEDULE reminder notifications.

When an invoice containing a payment SCHEDULE is sent via Email and SMS, HighLevel is automatically sending both reminders at 12:00 AM on the installment due date!!

MIDNIGHT!!

That is not an acceptable time to send a customer-facing payment reminder, ESPCIALLY A TEXT MESSAGE.

But the timing isn't the only issue. We also need control over the actual SMS and email content.

📱 1. SMS — Give us control over the send time AND wording

📧 2. Email — Give us control over the formatting AND wording

The email has the same midnight timing issue, but it also has a very limited, system-generated design.

We're going to have to stop sending invoices via SMS until this is fixed. Please give us the controls to make these communications work for our businesses.
