I moved a client from Squarespace to GHL and this inability to change a subscription date has really upset them. The run a monthly program that provides online fitness classes. When the trainer goes on vacation, she would move everyones subscription date one week out to essentially cover the week she is gone. There is no way to do this in GHL other than cancelling and resubscribing, which is onerous and also opens up opportunity for the client to reconsider. We really need this and it seems like a pretty simple change.

Yes I sent a client a invoice for them to start our programme and they delayed in making the first payment by three weeks and now I want to match the subsequent payments to their first payment date. They only way I can do this current is to cancel the existing payment plan and set up a new payment plan. however it will not allow me to to do this without voiding the transaction.

Can we rather bill the client on their preferred billing date for subscriptions instead of when they've joined? I find the billing side of GHL very stiff and inflexible. Thank you.

Agree this is needed. We can do it inside of Stipe but then the data in GHL doesn't match up with the real price customer is paying.

Most CRMS can do this. We need it. Especially since it's not possible to do in stripe without API?

yes this is huge. i am currently using charge over which allows you to easily modify subscriptions, both the date, amount, status etc.
having flexibility is very important here. of course you may need to adjust permissions on who can adjust subscriptions, but either way this functionality should exist.
