My company (Home service) has had nothing but trouble with GHL invoicing and Estimates. We don't even use native estimates because they take to long to build, and once built I can't download them to send to our customer, or print them to show them. I have had multiple issues with manual transactions posting to the invoice properly. The transaction will appear in the transactions page, but it won't show in the invoice. If you try to fix it and refund the transaction, then reapply, it then shows both of them on the invoice including the voided transaction. This has caused all sorts of confusion with our clients, especially the elderly ones. We need some sort of fix for this. I cannot have invoices that don't show payments properly and make our clients think they didn't pay properly, or that they were double charged.
