One of my clients is recording payments manually. Once an invoice is marked as paid, it cannot be edited, which becomes an issue when a product is returned—we’re unable to update or reflect the refund. This makes it very difficult to track the exact invoice amount accurately. If this issue can be resolved, it would be extremely helpful.
Additionally, it would be great if we had a feature to create purchase invoices as well. HighLevel already has a robust set of features for selling to distributors, so being able to manage purchases would allow us to capture multiple client interactions more effectively.

Since this is a digital invoice, can we include the breakdowns of the payments as well. So, there will no confusions at the client's once they see the amount that will needs to pay and the refund. Technically, GHL should create a new invoice/receipt break down of the payments.

I think you are looking for the same thing that I am here, but I'll just clarify on my specific need.
Right now when we refund a transaction, the existing invoice does not get updated to reflect that transaction.
For example, if the client owes $500 and they make a $250 payment which then gets refunded, the invoice should reflect that change, and instead of the client showing that they owe only $250, it should revert to showing that the client still owes the full $500.
Currently, the invoice does not sync at all with the refunds being issued.
