Our agency clients are on retainer and overages are paid each month. This requires us to add the additional overage hours as a new line-item on the recurring invoice. We currently use Freshbooks and cannot switch to GHL until this functionality is updated.
In an ideal scenario, recurring invoices would have the option to auto-send or create draft. Once in draft, we can modify the necessary line item and send the invoice - allowing for autopay on the due date if auto-pay is set up.
