A way to NOT or Reduce charge for the processing fee for ACH, but charge the processing fee for everything else, specifically Credit Cards with the GHL native "Processing Charges" option.
We have gotten a lot of complaints lately where they chose ACH instead to not get hit with the fee, but still get hit with it.

It would be helpful to allow businesses to set separate processing rates for different payment types—such as one rate for credit cards and a different or no fee for ACH. This encourages customers to choose lower-cost options while keeping credit cards available for convenience. It also helps businesses manage processing costs more transparently and fairly.

The current processing fee setup feels incomplete and misleading. The invoice specifically labels it as a credit card processing fee, yet when the fee is enabled, it applies to every payment method instead of only credit cards. That creates confusion for both us and the client.
Yes, we can manually turn the fee on or off per invoice, but that is not a realistic solution. If the fee is described as a credit card processing fee, it should only apply to credit card transactions by default. Having to manage that manually on every invoice is unnecessarily cumbersome and makes the feature feel poorly thought out.
This becomes even more frustrating when trying to encourage ACH payments, since ACH should be the clear exception to that fee, not included in it. As it stands, the functionality does not match the label or the intended purpose, and that makes the feature feel incomplete.

DEFINITELY! With the current implementation, if you set a "Credit Card Fee" it will charge that no matter what payment method they choose (ACH transfer, Debit card etc). Then it just makes your company just look slimy

We are also getting customer complaints that it charges a CC processing fee if they pay with ACH also.

We definitely need this and it seems like it might be a simple addition. This would help with a lot of complaints. It is a feature that most systems have.

Yes, I would like to encourage people to pay by ACH by rewarding them to pay with ACH by 0% charge and if they pay by credit card they are charged 3%

- should add a Description (paragraph text) field, just like a regular invoice line item - in which you could put "contact us to remove this fee if not paying via card" (1st screenshot)
- should be able to customize the fee amount per payment method and per invoice (2nd screenshot)
