Please add the ability to fully customise which business details are displayed on invoices and estimates.
• Current issues:
  • In Australia, it is a legal requirement to display an ABN on tax invoices
  • Business Registration Number / ABN field doesn't show, forcing workarounds (e.g. placing ABN in postcode field)
  • Limited control over what fields are shown (e.g. country always displays even when unnecessary)
• For example:
  • I only operate within one country, so showing the country field on invoices/estimates is unnecessary and makes the layout look cluttered. There should be an option to hide it for a cleaner, more professional design.
• Suggested improvements:
Provide display toggles for invoice/estimate fields such as:
  • Business name
  • ABN / Tax ID / Business Registration Number
  • Address
  • City / State
  • Country (show/hide toggle)
  • Phone number
  • Website
Allow custom layout control or field ordering
Optional: country-based logic (ABN, VAT, EIN depending on region)
• Benefits:
  • Ensures legal compliance (e.g. ATO requirements)
  • Creates cleaner, more professional invoices
  • Eliminates messy workarounds
  • Gives businesses control over branding and layout
  • Makes GHL more suitable for global and local use cases
