I have a Customer who is experiencing issues where automated invoices are being automatically changed to USD from CAD.
They said it just did that to them for a regular old invoice. It just converted everything to US dollars, where as one that they downloaded 5 minutes prior was in Canadian dollars.
Now the actual file was automatically converted to US dollars (CA appears to every single line item and the total whereas US dollars all of that disappears in the total is just in USD)
Same file. Downloaded a few minutes apart. Except one was in CAD currency and then the second download it was switched to being in USD.
