Add personal income tax withholding on invoices

We need customers in Spain to be able to generate invoices with personal income tax withholding (-15% tax) or the possibility of creating negative taxes (the platform today does not allow the creation of negative taxes and that alone would be great, because when it comes to defining taxes it does allow and does the calculation perfectly, but when it comes to saving the final invoice, it makes an error.

We need the same thing to add the withholding, which in our case is 7%, I think I had to leave the option of accepting the negative value where the rates are configured, because the problem is that when you put the tax in negative, it doesn't let you save the invoice, because it gives an error that doesn't accept negative values, and besides that when doing the calculation it makes the value of the service, and it should be the value of the service + the %VAT and then - the% IRPF, you have given me the suggestion to use discount, but it's correct because the word discount appears and doesn't do the calculation right.
We are waiting for a solution from Spain!!
