Invoicing should be optimized by allowing all elements of the invoice to be changed manually. I use GHL in English because the translation into German is miserable and as a result the invoices are also formulated in English. If you set the platform language to German, the elements are also displayed in German, except for the date format!

It should also be possible to customize the email that is sent when the invoice is created and save it as template. This looks much more like a scam..

I completely agree 100% with Fatih’s comment and have addressed this issue several times myself. It's honestly unacceptable how much time is wasted trying to work around the language limitations in GHL. I've personally lost several clients simply because they required professionally issued Estimates and Invoices in their local language—controlled directly from the CRM.
Every single field on the invoice or Estimate (including dates, quantity, price, VAT, discount, Total, terms...) should be editable to allow manual translation. We, the users, are fully capable and willing to take responsibility for the translation—we just need the flexibility to do so.
A great reference is the GHL Checkout Page inside Stores, where you can translate every field and tailor it to your specific market. The same logic should apply to invoices and email templates. Without this level of customization, the tool remains unusable for many international markets.

And please add VAT numbers of both client and seller in invoices. This is mandatory in EU.

I need to be able to input the customer data live when I fill out the invoice.

Otherwise I have to.

Exit out of invoices
go to Contacts > click on customer
change or update the information
go back to invoices and hope the format is correct.

Including the business address. I have clients that want to be able to edit how their business address is displayed. Some have PO Boxes, or a corporate address. And some don't want a business address on their invoices (home-based businesses).
