I’d like to request the addition of a spam/junk folder inside GHL email.
Reason:
Currently, if I send an email to a new client email address from my domain inside GHL, the first email sometimes lands in spam.
When this happens, I have no way of knowing or recovering that email, even though the client has opted in.
This has only been a major issue with invoices/receipts, where a client expects to receive them immediately.
Having a spam/junk folder inside GHL would prevent lost communication, reduce the need for Gmail as a backup, and give us full visibility and control of our client communications.
