It would be amazing to be able to create a Job where all related invoices, documents, contracts, financials, contacts, schedules or anything else related to that job can be found.
By allowing the creating of jobs, we could then create job types and track average revenue per job type.
The jobs could have start and end dates, event stages for tracking progress, multiple contacts that are associated with that job and more.
Right now, the system is set up to be contact centric, meaning everything runs through a contact. But when you're working event based jobs such as weddings, you need to be able to assign locations, times, other vendors, other events such as engagement or bridal sessions. By adding the ability to create job specific task templates, now every stage of that job can be tracked.
Once completed, the job can be marked as closed or completed.
