The problem i'm seeing is that if an invoice is captured payments manually, this could happen say once off statements every 2 weeks. The payment manully captured and amounts should show on the invoice, not the completed date, Please see images attached explaining this issue. If i capture and invoice on the 25th of Nov, but i capture the paid date on the 15th Nov. Then it only shows the completed date which confuses the clients? Most people dont look at statements every day to capture especially manually. Suggest: completed date move to bottom of invoice right corner. Below paid show the amount and actual manually captured paid dates. As currently the invoice is built around completion linked to s Stripe account which records instant payments, and does not cater for manual payments, which may be delayed in completing.
