I'm using your CRM in Vietnam and integrating Sepay for automatic payment processing. However, when a transaction fails and goes into pending mode, I can't intervene to complete the order, even though I've already received the customer's payment. Because I can't complete the order, the automated processes for workflows like community access and course viewing permissions can't run. I need you to enable the option to manually complete orders so that when a transaction error occurs, I can manually adjust and complete the order.
