Would be great to create "Services" as standalone feature for service based businesses (Beauty, barbers .. etc), where you can create "services & services categories". This way "Services Menu" can feed from the "Services" feature and it's categories, instead of creating a a service calendar for each service.
Moreover, "Services" to have it's own analytics/reports, e.g: revenue by service, staff, client ... etc. these kind for analytics will help businesses track staff performance, most/less used services ... etc.
  • Prices, discounts & Tax to be integrated into services.
  • Ability to manually create "Service" appointment and select staff & multiple services under the same appointment.
  • Offline payment function (cash, card .. etc) integrated into the appointment details page. plus analytics to track how many by card/cash .. etc.
  • Appointment details page to show selected services, staff, prices .. etc as standalone fields (not calendar source) + create invoice.
  • Ability to link staff to each service, that way will be easy to feed calendars.
  • Ability to create service menu for multi-locations.
  • Services to be categorized (create category).
  • Inventory/resources linked to services.
  • Detailed Reports/Analytics: sales by service, staff, client, cash, card ... etc.
Below attachments from a CRM called "Alteg.io" the businesses I work with currently use, it does provide good CRM features but it lacks automations and some good features that GHL has.
I'm trying to make these businesses switch to GHL but i'm not able because GHL lack some important CRM features for this type of businesses like: offline payment (clients pay offline at counter once service done), no standalone services feature, no good analytics for services.
You can have this feature as "Lab" feature whoever wants to use they can enable it.
