Single Use Credit Card Use for Multiple Invoice Payments

I have a large healthcare client who sends me a single use credit card via a secured email to pay invoices. I need the ability to apply the payment to multiple invoices. This would help me since I have two other large clients who want to start using single use credit cards for invoice payments.

I have the same need with a repair business who does warranty work. The warranty company will issue a blanket credit card authorization for the total of several invoices (and the invoices aren't necessarily for the same company). Would very much appreciate the ability to select multiple invoices and apply a credit card payment.
