When using Services V2, it’s possible to manually register partial payments (card or cash) directly from the calendar appointment.
Example:
Service price = 50€
Paid = 30€
Pending = 20€
Currently:
  • The appointment view correctly shows the remaining balance.
  • However, in the Contact profile > Transactions, only the successful payment (30€) is visible.
  • The outstanding amount is not shown anywhere at contact level.
  • The “Pending” filters in Transactions do not include these unpaid service balances.
  • This creates confusion for clinics, as it’s impossible to quickly see: 1. How much a patient still owes in total. 2. Which services have partially unpaid balances. 3. Accurate pending revenue at clinic level.
Suggested improvement:
  • Display Outstanding Balance per service in Contact > Transactions.
  • Include partially paid services in Pending filters.
  • Add total “Amount Due” per contact and in reports or dashboard.
This is essential for healthcare clinics handling partial payments daily.
