The functionality and visibility of a software like SamCart is far more powerful than the current HighLevel payments area.
Being able to:
- See Revenue, Refunds, Profit, Churn, MRR, etc. in a simple dashboard that can be filtered by date
- Being able to see recent successful and failed charges
- Being able to see reports on sales, subscriptions, cancellations, etc. by product
- Being able to see upcoming charges by client
Basically all of the reporting, visibility and functionality of SamCart built into HighLevel payments would make it a game changer for SaaS and product creators.

🚨 Where is our MRR Dashboard?! This is a basic business need!
Can we talk about something that has been driving me absolutely crazy?
There is NO way inside this platform to see a simple, real-time count of your active subscriptions or recurring invoices — and no way to instantly know what your actual Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) is.
Think about that for a second. If you have hundreds or even thousands of active subscriptions, how are you supposed to know what your business is actually making? How do you forecast? How do you plan? How do you even know if your business is growing or shrinking?
This isn't a "nice to have" — this is DAY ONE, fundamental business reporting. Every subscription-based business on the planet needs to know their MRR at a glance.
What we need is simple:
✅ A dashboard widget showing total active subscriptions (live count)
✅ A dashboard widget showing total active recurring invoices
✅ A real-time MRR snapshot — not a trend, an actual number
I've already submitted this as a feature request at ideas.gohighlevel.com — please go upvote it so we can get this prioritized!

Yes! There needs to a way for clients to forecast their revenue for business planning. So for instance, we should be able to put in a date range in the future and a report be pulled up that shows all invoice part payments and subscription payments and the date in that date range they are due to be paid with a total at the end. That way you can see for example how much revenue you can expect from these for the following month.

some basic reporting atleast! How many of each item did I sell in a given period. Sales tax report.
In the very least, let me export by product, not just order. I need to be able to break everything down so that I can see what top performing items are

Also, the report isn't actually reflecting accurately the sales. When comparing the stats from authorize with the stats from GHL they don't actually add up which should be fixed and synced properly. Otherwise split testing during checkout and throughout the funnel set up on GHL is not beneficial either.

Churn Cohort Reports that can be configured to be based on Customer Churn or Revenue churn would be amazing.
Just look at how ProfitWell Metrics does their reports. If all of these were available dashboard widgets that would be amazing.
