I'm requesting some solutions for customers who choose to pay with the "manual payment" option. In our country we have got many require payment by bank transfer.
1) In the cart (whether one or two steps) of the funnel, the option to have a second "Thank You" page, different from that of those paying by credit card.
This allows specific content related to the payment that will be made manually, such as a bank transfer.
2) Since payment by bank transfer is an order, the option to automatically send an email to the customer with the order details and the relevant payment information, perhaps with the option to set up additional reminder emails after one day, three days, or a week.
3) Regarding the request in point 2 above, I could organize everything if there were a trigger in the automations that would start the flow upon receipt of an order requesting payment with the "manual payment" option.
