For physical products, my account glitched when I was selecting the total weight for a physical product. My customer ordered "10.4 lb" of an item & when I went to fulfill it was hard to see so I only wrote "10" lb leaving me with "0.4" lb left to fulfill. The status said "partially fulfilled" & still needs to be fulfilled fully because there's "0.4" lb leftover. Because GHL is set-up to not allow fulfillments to be less than "1" which I can understand for physical products that are in whole numbers (e.g. notebook) but not based on weight like what I'm selling, but for what I sell it's not helpful in these circumstances.
I spoke to customer support on GHL & they said this was something they were working to fix but it's been over a month so hoping this gets handled soon. In the meantime, they said I could cancel & redo the order but that's inconvenient for my customer. I'd rather have the ability to make changes than have my customers deal with the issue.
