While investigating subscription payment failure notifications that team members on our sub-account started receiving, I was informed by GHL support that these notifications are a new feature and cannot be disabled. I think that is fine, however, I suggest that these notifications have a setting where you can choose the specific team member(s) that you want the notification to be sent to. At the moment, all of our staff are receiving a notification for each failed subscription payment.
